A chisel that rotates blocks

Just a chisel that rotates blocks on x and y axis depending on how you are facing. The chisel would not alter the blocks shape. Icanhascheeseburger!

I was just thinking the same thing myself today, just as we can rotate parts of a machine with a chisel it would be nice to be able to do the same thing with the textures on blocks … wood grains on refined timber all point in the same direction and instead of having to break a stone block to relay it if you get the texture wrong(and be told you won’t get any xp for doing it)
