Add ability to lock graphics settings and/or confirmation dialogue

I had finally setup my graphics settings like I wanted, then accidentally clicked on “Master Quality” and of course it changed all the settings, no confirmation. This is not good, I suggest that you please add a an ability to lock the settings and/or implement a confirmation dialogue.

I want saved profiles.

I frequently want screenshots in high res / high settings but really can’t play that way.

The time spent resetting each item to the desired setting after is a small discouragement.

Yes I agree with this, saved graphic profiles would be really nice too!
