A case like this already happened with the same result.
Removal of the blocks with controversial stuff (logo of well-known strip club)

Having james to solve the issue is already amazing, most players never get this kind of help.
James probably tried to avoid any escalation (kudo to him, he stay pretty nice).

Removal of your plots may be arsh. But you didn’t use the right method and should accept it. Was not wise to stay on this place with this climate anyway. (I would hate provocative stuff near my build).

By the way Scatophilia doesn’t belong in Boundless. This is adult related stuff (like strip-club).
You should stay low profile and avoid any obvious references to it.

This is correct. Because technically, the other side also lost quite a bit of standing when they reported this, because this was an result of provocation or incitement, but that doesn’t automatically justify the provoked response either.

But nothing was said if rather or not the other party was also punished, as we are only seeing mostly just one side of the story. I would hope, james would have done something, to the other side as well. if they also pressed on with the harassing behaviors after they were warned.

But the fact of the matter is, He ignored two warnings from James. Which is the reason I think james uprooted him. and based on that information alone, is why I say the devs are in the right, Because I do not know the full story to be able to even try to judge anything outside what was presented.
.
But regardless of what I may or may not think, James took an action to put an end to the conflict, and that is the important part in my book.

However at the end of the day this is all a mute point to debate about, Because always in the >> Legal Documents << that are presented to you when you 1st run a online game that nobody other then I think myself and a few other crazy people read, There is a clause that they reserve the right to tamper with your account however they want. Even if it might seem unfair or even illegal.

This most likely falls under the term „modify“, but I am no legal expert. And I am sure there are other sections in the documents that give them the right.

I posted this so others can say there opinions not to keep forcing onto others. constantly saying you opinion isn’t constructive.

look I feel I was wronged. so thats why I came to the community. I am willing to listen to others, if the community thinks I am right or wrong I will accept it either way. I just want to know what everyone thinks

Once you put up the poo stuff you were actively escalating the situation after both sides were asked to stop. You should have just ignored the other players and played elsewhere for a while.

This post pretty much falls into naming and shaming which is against the CoC. Any disputes should be handled via PM’s. It doesn’t belong on the forums.
