I think he means smash bros and netplay refers to playing online.
I will send you a tutorial link in a bit but you can play the gamecube game super smash brothers melee using dolphin emulator. Netplay is a peer to peer way to connect to other players to play a game together. It’s like playing a local game with a bit of lag with another person.

Dolphin can be used on PC and is free to download, but all games have to be ripped from an owned game or downloaded if you own them.
