At what altitude can emerald be found?

Hi all. Any one Know what altitude emerald is found on?
I’m deep under the ocean on shedu tier. the heat map is glowing but no emerald.

I wouldn’t spend a huge amount of time at 17-20, there’s some there but more below. I think there’s an optimal altitude chart somewhere.
