My atlas suddenly went black, ps4. What to do?
Happens to me too sometimes. As long as you’ve discovered the area Go to sanctum for a few seconds and back.

This happens consistently for me as well. PS4 also. I’ve never been forced to go to sanctum however juggling atlases fixes it for me almost 100% of the time. Bounce from cardass to Alcyon back to cardass for example almost always breaks the black atlas problem.
Seems to be more random for me sometimes switching atlas’s works but I always pull out the appropriate atlas as soon as I get on the planet to make sure it loads properly. First time it happened I had just bought a complete atlas for Alintas, thought I’d got hosed! Lol

Are any of you able to submit screenshots when this occurs?
Rather have game logs than screenshot, it’s likely failing to download from CDN like chunks sometimes do, but there’s no retry on planets right now, game log would tell if that is the case.
I haven’t but will next time it happens
How do you get game logs on the ps4?
This happens to me sometimes though more often it’s a solid color not necessarily black.
Switching atlases usually fixes it for me.
