Anybody know where this drops from? I assumed when you cut trees, but it doesn’t seem to be doing so (at least not the first 100 or so).
It does not seem to drop from staple worlds. Try higher tier worlds?

Sounds ruff. 
Maybe you need to try a different planet? Or tree type?
Okay, yep - tried that and confirmed it does drop from higher tier world trees.
