2 normal glass
put it in a furnace to craft
you can craft it into panes at a workbench

Honestly Iād rather the recipe we have for colored glass in refineries, but instead of gleam deciding what color it outputs, add colored sand to the recipe and use the color of sand to determine the output color. Keeps gleam in the recipe but allows them to be colored based on a material that CAN be sprayed.
