Have a black line showing on some of the display block over the shop stands.
That looks really unusual and I haven’t seen anything like it in game, although you have captured it on video to show that it does occur. What GPU do you currently have and has it been updated to the latest drivers?
MY GPU IS an NVIDIA 980 GTX.
And it seems to only happen at this place. took some of these blocks and placed it in another stand somewhere else and it’s not happening.

I’ve seen something similar with the atmosphere effects. It’s likely something intersection the camera and causing a shader failure.
If it’s reproducible based on the location we’ll be able to fix it.
If it’s a driver issue then waiting for the next driver update might resolve it,
