I personally enjoy using Linux and it annoys me that many games are not supported on such a great stable OS, the fact that I have to dual boot with Windows use software to emulate most games frustrates me to no end so not only would expanding the game to support this OS bring new users, I would like more Linux users that play to push for the port, and if you don’t use Linux no harm in helping to support your fellow PC community!
Releasing a Linux version of Boundless is on the todo list.
Now that the c++ port is about done, I am hoping that a Linux version will just happen. Okay, I know it’s not quite that easy and that the devs are quite busy getting the 1.0 release done. But don’t forget about us! I haven’t been able to play boundless this year because of the lack of a Linux version. If you need people to beta release to, I can handle a game crash or several. Or installing a couple necessary libraries. Heck, even compiling them from source; that definitely scratches my nerd itch.
