I just have a quick question, since I purchased the early release of this game, when it goes live do we get both version pc and ps4 version?
Hello there, thanks for supporting Boundless. A copy of PS4 version is not part of Early Access purchase.
As Yota said, the Early Access version grants you access to the PC version of Boundless
What about the Xbox One version? 
Xbox One and Nintendo Switch are not in the plan at the moment.

Will higher tier backers who have multiple keys assigned to their account be able to redeem one or more of these keys as console access? Example, might I be able to designate some of my Master tier keys as Console?

I’ve been wondering about this as well. Considering upping my account but the person I’d want to give a key to will be playing PS4.
