Far as I remember it’s been that way since the start because you can have the skill for revive
Noticed this for the first time yesterday too. No changes to my build and no revive skill. It started after i died on an exo next to another player, been there since. Sadly i couldnt revive him lol
I can’t get this to happen, but I’ve added it to the bug database anyway as you have provided screenshots as proof. How often does it occur?
I noticed it once, when I asked a friend to die on purpose to see if it would happen again. I took the first screenshot, afterwards. I asked Fallon to die on purpose, to see if it would happen again. I took the second screenshot, afterwards. I haven’t tested it, since.
