Upon hitting level 50 in mining I received rewards for every level a second time. (rewards being coins and land plots)
I currently have 105,800 coins and 191 land plots when I should only have about 55,000 coins and 97 land plots.

ah you lucky b******, i’m 50 and that didn’t happen for me 
When I hit 50 miner, the opposite happened to be I got no plots and no coin.
The releveling might have something to do with your slow connection warning.
Same thing happend for me. I thought thats just what you got for hitting lv 50.

Is this anything to do with the % more beacon claims based on our package?
So the higher packages get less?
oh you’re a higher package, no must be a bug then…
But you do have a good point. The higher tiers will have “x% more beacon claims” at some point.
I did not notice any slow connection warnings prior to leveling, I did forget to mention though that after hitting 50 the entire time I was releveling I received slow connection warnings.
Nope not at all… Package upgrades are not live or ingame
Happened to me today. Reached level 50 got animation for all 50 levels.
I got 50th level normal bonuses after reaching 49th and just normal bonus of 1 plot and whatever coins at 50th 
Happened to me also, and I reported it back when it did, so it’s a known issue.
I’m currently sitting at around 260-something plots, but using most of them.
