Can I eat sap?

I don’t have much meat that I can eat but I do have a lot of sap. That got me wondering if I can eat sap. If someone could tell me it would be greatly appreciated.

Sure you can! Drizzle it over some pancakes and bon appetit! (don’t actually do that)

Break leaves, you can get berries. Those are eatable.

Also cook berries, they heal 200 cooked, 50 raw.
