Obviously, meteors cannot land on a plotted plot. But can they land on a reserved plot? Can they land on the plots below a flying structure? Or can they land on top of an underground base?

I want to say they could, but I also have never seen it happen?
No they can’t. You also can’t put a beacon down where the meteor is going to fall. I also think you have to wait for the meteor to go dormant before you can plot it as well.
