Hey all, is there any way to see what the current capital city of a planet is? Is there a way to check the prestige of said capital?
Aside from running to the yellow dot of course.
Ask someone who lives in the capital of the planet, and hope they aren’t lying.
Or run there yourself, and claim a plot next to it to check yourself.
You mean I have to interact with people?
Yup. The only ‘Leaderboard’ like system, is only for the Prestige ranking for the settlement your beacon is attached to. You can’t see other cities you don’t have a beacon attached to, and would still need to manually go and check them anyways,
Boundless.ninja will give you the prestige in order, see settlement rankings.
This will give you the capital city, by definition since the top prestige settlement on each planet is the capital.
Ermh…
Places → Worlds → Current World → Settlements
You can see top 5 from anywhere, even saved worlds in the list while you aren’t on them.

I wouldn’t mind being able to see where my settlement fits in a leader board though.
I like that screen!
I went and enabled all the worlds and some Sunday nights I scroll through checking the list, writing down the values so I can compare to previous weeks to see which planets are building a lot, and which are not.
There are some big differences.
Usually most planets grow, but occasionally go down sadly indicating more had regenerated away than has been built.

That was a long list.
Do you know if there are leaderboards for individual planets? I found my settlement on the list you gave but would nice to measure up where I am on my home planet
I don’t know of a web page, but i think it tells you on the places->settlements screen or on your beacon info, it will tell you settlement rank # For world on the screen.
I’m not in the game so I may not have the menu selection quite correct.
