Naming malls after fine cheese should be a thing: the Wensleydale Plaza, the Edam Mall, the Runny Bit Of Camembert Arcade And Emporium. Has a nice woody ring to it.

I named my town (and thus market) after a Dutch city I live close by to, Janna was partly right, Golda is the old way of writing Gouda and nova means new after all, so it is basically New Gouda, but it’s nowhere to be found if you write it like that

Yeah, but just don’t try to write the name of a new market when you are half asleep and it used to be called by another name, (shaking head at self). My brain was so sluggish, I was trying not to write New Leyden Market and thinking of G. Mall that I got it all mixed up.
