I run 4 forges simultaneously. Earlier while keeping an eye on my gear I noticed that the first queue I opened was duplicated when I opened the queue of other forges running, even though they were setting different items. It seems like the proper item eventually comes out, but the queue will stay on that one incorrect item (showing 0 seconds if it’s been finished since) until it dumps into output. Returning to sanctum or quitting the game does not appear to fix the issue. Only solution I’ve found is to let them all finish setting & start fresh.
