Charcoal

like coal, but a .5 speed boost, but you can make it by using wood. or for that sake using wood as burnable but at a slower speed than coal

Makes sense for sure, I am thinking is there currently any difference in the stone and iron firepits?

Could have the stone fire-pit as a starter one able to use loose peaty soil and wood as fuel (and hopefully something made with tallow as fuel also) - and it makes charcoal from timber. It would also be limited to cooking food, glue and melting only copper AND IRON.

Then charcoal and above (ie coal and compact peat can only be used in the iron fire-pit and it’s capable if doing everything.

oops! probably best if the stone fire pit can melt iron as well

haha, nice spot mate!! Yeah, it helps if you can actually make iron, it’s kinda needed to make an iron fire pit XD

(I’ve edited my post lol)

I like your idea, the stone burning wood, until you get enough iron to actually USE coal
