Hello fellow oortlings!
Can someone tell me what chisel mastery gives for chisels? Maybe more durability and/or swing speed? Cause that two things are the only ones I can think about. I think it would be better if we had spanner mastery instead of chisel, cause that one could make spanners repair more wear on machines with each swing. But only if spanners will not repair every machine instanly, like right now.
