Update: restarted PC/Steam updated - still getting Error 17

Still down on the testing branch and Live.
The game was working after the downtime was completed. And after a bit it stopped working.

Yeah something happened after downtime.
I’ve played from after down time until 2pm utc, just trying to login and get the error 17. Its in the connecting stage… guess no play for the rest of the day 
.

@blake is the Testing branch in maintenance as well?
Just remember Tuesday’s are Steam’s maintenance days… I seem to remember getting the Error 17 during those times.
