Hello, the forums say I have the Adventurer badge but I bought the pioneer package a while back. I even have the email with my old username/password for the “Oort Forums” but they are not working on these forums. Is there anyone that can assist me with this? I can provide proof and everything that I am a pioneer.
Is it possible that the email address you used to purchase the Pioneer package is different to the address you used to create your game account? If so, this will explain why the system was unable to link your purchase to this account.
