Game crash when i join to server

If there is a crash dump *.mdmp file in the same folder as the log can you send it in to boundless@turbulenz.com?

The most common fix is updating your graphics drivers.

Thanks for sending it in. It crashed in the network layer when the connection fails to open.

Does it happen for servers to all regions (Australia, EU and US)? Is there anything that could be blocking a connection, eg your firewall?

Yes, all other regions doesn’t work… Firewall is off

Can you tell us a bit more about your connecting and machine setup? There will be something in your machine config or operating system that the game hasn’t come across before.

Do you have all the latest OS service packs installed?

My connection is a 4G modem ‘beeline’, but it’s not a problem - i playing other gaming with 4g modem without problem.

My computer configuration is:
i7 2700k 3.5 - 3.9 ghz
12gb RAM
Nvidia GeForce 560GTX

My OS - Windows 7 Ultimate 64bit but i don’t update her :smile:

No… I never updated the OS, but now I will try to update, and then report the results

We have pushed a new Windows version with the network library update to the Beta branch you can test.

In Steam right click on Boundless, choose Properties, click on the Beta tab and select the beta from the drop down list.
Let us know it if helps.

When you finished testing it I suggest going back and setting the Beta to NONE.
