Decoractive darkmatter and rift?

How do i get darkmatter and rift? I see that in @Simoyd atlas shop he has decorative darkmatter. Can i even get this yet or is it just a gift item at this point because i cant seem to find it in the 600 something crafting recipes i know😂

It’s a gift for now, the other textures don’t actually exist on the live version, and there is no way to get any ‘specials’ at all (which includes dark matter, blink, rift and oortstone (except rough oortstone))
