You didn’t use the wrong thing, the in-game report just gives us some server information that helps

The coordinates you have given in the forum topic and via the report both go to areas inside a castle, which presumably belongs to you and has a character name different to your forum username? If so, you need to go to the actual problem area and report that location instead (which would be the walls as you have stated).
You can find out the name of the players by hitting the walls with the tool, but be careful not to name the players on forum topics (or provide screenshots showing the names).

Yes the castle belongs to me and I have 4 different Characters.
Sorry I’m not very good at this am I.
I will try to get on line later to highlight the problem area.
I did the new report at the location the other day was it ok ?
