I’ve kinda fallen in love with marble and have started crafting it. So far I’ve just been using any refined gleam and haven’t noticed any color differences, but I’m starting some light batches and just wanted to check with some more exp. players. Thanks.
No gleam has no effect on the color. Color only matters by the rock color

Cool. I just started processing tones of the serp gleam from that one awesome gleam farm and was concerned. The sed rock from nar is a lovely “taupe.”

Where’s that located
Once you’ve laid the marble, with some cheeky chisel work you can change the colour of the marble by placing what colour gleam you want to illuminate it

Hunt for bone and mob drops. Turn all mob drops into essence and bone and sap to glue. Essence essence essence

I have a box named “trash gleam” full of serp gleam for marble making
Once I left some in a refinery and powerman accidentally made it all into ornate glass - oops! True story.

I get so much meat from mobs. I have a box just for that. When it gets full, it gets turned into essence.
