Pretty much what the title says. Since last update, when I completely daily activity, I have to relog to make it shut up.
I also had this today.
We have a bug logged for this.

I have it repeated when i go thru a portal.
I have it as well. Restarting the game made it go away.
your own game is spamming you - I had to laugh at that
