This year, there have been 38 Blink Exo planets, 4 Rift, and 3 Umbris.
I guess the algorithm is set to have a much lower chance of spawning Rift & Umbris.

It’s weird though. There used to be the same pattern of three lucent worlds (one of each type), then a couple of t6 and t5 (that looked like random pick of which type) and a t4 in the end of the cycle.
