I believe that is your bones basket…
It is trying to say Bone Request Basket. But bone with an r after it is filtered out…
(to clarify, it looks like it is your bones basket, I’ve seen this happen with those before, exact same message, the r is being filtered out too and never have seen that shimmering orb basket has been filtered and I get those daily about being out of coin 
)
I wish the filter would not hit on words with spaces. Yes I get it people will misuse it blabla but if they want to say it they will split it over multiple chat lines…

It also filters “junk” I think - I remember trying to make an Elder Scrolls sign (“Some may call this junk…”) once near a few of my stands and couldn’t.

Your probably right. It’s empty but didn’t get notification about the shimmering orb then.
Might it be possible to change bone in request basket to bones like your “bones” request basket is out of funds
I do feel the filter should just lighten up a bit…
