Expired world when its not expired

Mine and my partner’s world says its expired when we bought it last month and it hasnt been 240 days, we had so much time before needing to refuel it, any help will be muchly appreciated :heart_decoration:

Did you add fuel to it? The initial world purchase only comes with 30 days of fuel if I remember right.

What size world is it? 3km, 4.5km, 6km?

If you have a “World Fuel Key” you can enter it into the Reclaim tab again and it will report where and when the fuel was used.

Can you PM me some more details, including:

  1. World name
  2. Username of the world owner
  3. Order ID of the purchase

Then I can investigate what has happened.
