Hi, My world Saqsaywaman has current status “Expired world” or “Removed from world” and I would like to reactivate it, having bought clum membership as well as a planel fuel ticket. But I can not use that ticket for this planet. Any chance - with your help - to achieve my goal ?
When did your world expire? Once it runs out of fuel it is locked for two weeks, to give you a chance to fuel it, but after two weeks the world is deleted.
I guess that its longer than the two weeks.
I don’t think it can be brought back once it’s deleted. 
If your world has gone for good (have you double checked under the Places/Worlds tab?) could ask @james for a refund on the fuel maybe or buy a new world and keep the fuel for later on.
