So Minecraft has books that you can use in the anvil to save enchantments to use later.
I think having something like that for the forge would be a great addition
My idea is to have maybe 2 or 3 types of stones with different flexibiliy leveles that can be used instead of tools or weapons in the forge.
But why?
I’m probably not the only one who has been in a situation where you are trying to get a specific set of boons but you get a different combination which could be useful in a different tool but not for the current one and now you have to deconstruct the entire thing and start over again.
With the stones you could keep going and save the forging for later!
We could even get a new interactive block to put stones into tools and weapons.
Just don’t add any extra rng to the process of adding stones to the tools PLEASE
