This is the first time this has happened to me, but thought I should report it anyway as I cant in game due to it freezing.
I switched characters to an alt who was on the same beacon as me, but at a different elivation, and the game froze with this screen (the items shown are from the character I was switching from):
Ah… The Sanctum Bug… D: I’m sorry you got this. best way to do is to restart the game.
This happens a lot to me. Always have to just restart the game unfortunately.
Aye. Quite a frequent one for me. Or the one when you switch characters in sanctum but it logs the original one back in until you restart

Is it worth sending a game log after logging back in if it happens again?
Ideally, you should send it after you see the issue but before you reload the game again, as the game would start with a new game log (only applies to Steam and not PS4).
