What size are you after roughly?
Roughly like 20x 20 plots… The bigger the better iguess 
on water or land haha or a mix of both…
I prefer land thats flat lol. But Ill take anything At this point
See if I can find a decent flat spot, of 20x20 at least, but it might limit you in expanding, so in your case not sure if a border connection would be nice, I do think I got the place for you
