I read goo was from caves on elemantal planets and exo planets. Is that tier 4 and up?
I think its t5 (gem ) and up. But i could be wrong.
That’s what the patch notes say, but hard to test. I couldn’t find any on a T4 exo, and I think that it was said somewhere it’s gem / lucent exo worlds, so T5+

James said they would fix testing universe on Monday, so the higher tier worlds can be accessed. Atm testing servers don’t have worlds spawning Goo.
You can get it via cheat menu but you can’t see how they spawn naturally yet. So no learning chance there.
