That compact soft coal is actually a somewhat high prestige block.
More than decorative stone or refined gravel or concrete, brick, etc…
Is Compact Hard Coal a Prestige Block?
Well, all blocks give prestige?
Compact hard coal has the same base prestige as refined silver, more than machined iron.
It’s a good bit more than any block you could make out of wood/stone/ice/gleam or anything like that.
