Hi, basically i pre purchased the game when it was called Oort Online ( Oct - Nov 2k15 ) Now i noticed that the game has changed its name and my old account was ‘’ not registered ‘’ I don’t know where should i submit a ticket but i’d be great if I can get an official respond. Thanks

Best bet is to submit an email to Wonderstruck including your account name and steam name using the email you used to register. I’ll also summon @james for you who may have additional questions or requests for you via these forums.

If you purchased a “trailblaizer” package you can’t access yet because the game get’s first available at release (and it has not been released yet)

Thanks @Havok40k and @Heurazio for your answers. I was worried, because i saw that all the bundles say ‘’ download today ‘’ and i thought i had to submit a ticket, so i will wait til the release date then. Thanks

Hey @Blinkenium - when we switched from the old forum system over to this app, we also enabled a single sign on (SSO) between the game and forum. This means that your game account is used in the forum, and vice versa. But we couldn’t continue with the old forum accounts. I have checked that the email address attached to your new forum account and it matches your purchase - so everything will be linked up automatically once we send out the Trailblazer keys.
