I don’t know what the exact logic/pattern is or where the list would be, but I personally think that there is definitely a list somewhere of preset prefix/suffix names that worlds use. Same for regions, as they follow a given pattern for each world too I think.
Can you imagine that there were stories of two planet siblings named Colus and Grovidias? Did they have a falling out? It would be so fascinating if we came across random books that had stories about the world.

They were originally run by twin brother titans. They did have a falling out, something about prestige and experience from geological formations. Eventually they fought, and pieces of their planets were broken off, which now became the exoplanets. This, of course, is just oral history passed down from Oortian Tribes, person to person, so no promise to it’s veracity.
