It adds you to their list but not vice versa
A “your friend list is full” msg would be helpful
At least I assume it’s because my list is full, since removing one person fixes it

And even though it rejected my Accepting, it actually put their character onto my list, even if I wasn’t on theirs.
It’s quite an interesting bug, at least.

Were both of you trying to add each other in this case?
No, only they adding me, on my newest character. Said character definitely had friends list space, but once they’d tried and said it had told them the request was “cancelled”.
I couldn’t actually try to request back, because they had been added just fine to my own list.
If they hadn’t told me, everything would’ve looked normal from my end.
