Illegal Protocol (Portal)

Hi everyone!

So someone opened a portal to my shop. Upon trying to go into the portal (my side), the owner of the portal and i can’t go through (it says illegal protocol) no matter what time of the day. The owner says, though, that they can go through from their side. Haaalp please .

Sorry but how can I do this? From debug menu?

There should be an option to do so from the main menu -> support
