This is most likely a noob question, but what does Rank do on a item?
I get all the other stats but I cant see the effect of Rank?.. is it something that past a certain threshold requires a certain mastery to get the full effect of the item?
As far as I know it’s just a measure of the tool.
They recently expanded the ranks but it’s sort of a “Relative” ranking between tools of similar types.
It doesn’t have any synergy with a skill or activity like you’re describing I think.
