Keys for guild members plus permission

Guild members should be able to get keys for locked shop stands so anyone with a key will have customers access to the shop stands and baskets. While keeping none guild members from accessing them.

Likewise if guild members can be granted a guild discount at shops. Based on granted rank.

I have read something about lock you can setup for guild members, so you could just put these lock on shopping stand.

yes. this feature should be in the next patch. Hopefully this week it will land.
