I stand corrected. 
doesnt seem very abundant on Algar, but the spot you found isnt the only one as i came across 2 or 3 exploring. Didnt pay much attention to them as I assumed they were the same. One downside though, regen bombs would upset umbris farmers as it was definately close to the umbris!
The one I found on Langhol was not close to Umbris. Did it have much where you found it?
