Sorry to disappoint, but cannot reproduce what I had.
Even by quitting and re-launching the game.
If I come across it again, I will try to capture it.
I have recorded a video where you can see the hit animation not synchronized.

I can see that there is a latency peak on the streaming channel (going up to 90ms) when I have the asynch.
Maybe the posted vid can help to find something.
My chunk rate is set to 6/s.
What I also witnessed is that even that i set the chunk rate to 6 I still saturate for a time the line.
