Learning Guild Buff- like how teaching foods work

Just jumped in my head and thought I’d post it. Would work like teaching foods. Be different tiers of the buff. Top tier buff working like teaching pies.

If it’s expensive as hell to make and sustain, then maybe!

I would definitely consider this one of the most OP buffs. So it would have to be pretty material intensive to make. As in cost per week for tiers, I don’t really know much about cost for buffs as it is.
