Yeh all the ice there is left over from Oortmas
Did you take part in this when it fell, if you can remember that far back.
The only reason why it may not have regenerated is if other players had passed nearby, but seeing as it looks like a wide open area, it’s not certain if that’s the case.

I took part in the Snowball Meteors but not this specific one, I agree its too ‘in the middle of nowhere’ to have had people walking past it every 4 hours.
There was more ice near that location too, you can see if from that location, maybe dodgy chunks?
The question is, how would it regenerate if some players were to mine this area?
Ohh interesting, I could mine out beneath the ice (keeping the ice there) all the way to Mantle and see if it regens naturally or not?
