(Where i apparently didn’t make a shot from when it was a bit further build)
Just brainstorming (adjusted concept).
But if you where to replace the brown with…(one moment thinking of the right combo as I write this)…
So brown with titanium filigree, and the white with gold microchip (or what ever it is can’t remember). Leaving holes in the tree (you see the “core”) here and there and filling those with rift. Under the roots hidden in the titanium you use gleam and white glass as the light bleeds perfectly in white.

But
White is the titanium.
Yellow the gold
Blue rift
And the red (barley visible) is the white glass
between the roots and a bit of half slap (or less) floor. [edit even i almost can not see it but have to quit looking at my phone].
Would offer to build it as i could use the coin but the fact is i have lots to do and the sunny days are not helping my head. So don’t know when im on and how long im on.
Hope this is a bit helpful and sorry leafs I don’t know haven’t thought about that.

Anyway this is a bit clearer then my fat finger scribbling.
The glass underneath the roots is partly covered up by the soil and brick (note the brick is top view and BA stands for that in Dutch).
Btw still haven’t thought about how to do the leefs.
[edit] anyone may use this concept but keep in mind the full concept only works if you go big.
