the sunken town mall is free but we put ya on a faction(your shop is a faction and its beacon is on our GC) and you get payed a equal amount off footfall as all the other shops we have from a oneplot shop until a shop estate spaces and we have prebuild our custom basically any type off shop beside our system you can also go private(with our without faction system) 
think the only thing we ask but not oblige is sponsoring the metro to your district
