Would it make sense to start a “mass craft service” where I’d lend access to 100 fully coiled refineries or similar?
Or would it make more sense to rent x machines individually?
Or take the materials and return produce?
Imagine making compact hard coal with 100 compactors

Not a bad idea, but you would have to work out the logistics. You would also have to figure out what your renting fees would be and create a cost scale for renting based on x number of machines for x time. When time runs out for them you take them off the lock on the machine and they no l ok getting have access unless they paid again.
I really do think it is a great idea but you will have to figure out the logistics and likely what you decide on operation standards to start wont be where you land in the end.
