Does this have any affect on gem tools? or is this for when more tools are released? Wondering as it doesn’t say not in game yet, but nothing requires 5 mastery…
Yes, I think mastery V has to be for new tools and weapons made of materials not yet in the game.
So IV is the highest you need to spend points for now.
